摘  要:地面保障设备是飞机正常飞行的重要物质保障。本文分析我国军用飞机地面保障设备的现状;以碳纤维复合材料(简称CFRP)工作梯、牵引杆为应用实例,探索CFRP在军用飞机地面保障设备应用中的关键技术,包括先进有限元数值仿真、先进一体化成型工艺、金属与CFRP连接、改善抗冲击等四项关键技术;并从功能、性能、经济效益等方面,阐述CFRP地面保障设备的优势;并分析预测设备减重、防腐蚀将是CFRP在未来地面保障设备中的应用发展方向。Ground support equipment is an important material guarantee for normal flight.This paper analyzes the current situation of ground support equipment in Chinese military aircraft,uses Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics(CFRP)work ladder and tow bar as examples,explores the key technologies of CFRP be used in military aircraft ground support equipment,including the finite element numerical simulation,integrated manufacturing process,the connection technology of metal and CFRP,and impact strength improvement.Proceeding from the function,performance,economic performance and etc.,this paper expounds the advantages of CFRP in ground support equipment and the application prospect of CFRP in equipment weight reduction,corrosion prevention and so on.
