摘　　要：目的:比较两种细胞毒性试验方法对子宫托细胞毒性评价的差异。方法:GB/T14233.2-2005的MTT法和GB/T16886.5-2017的MTT法。结果:RGR分别为13%和75%。结论:细胞毒性试验方法的选择应根据样品的理化性质,模拟临床的实际使用情况进行选择。Objective:Compare the differences between two cytotoxicity tests for the cytotoxic evaluation of the pessary.Methods:The MTT assay of GB/T 14233.2-2005 and the MTT assay of GB/T 16886.5-2017.Results:The RGR of two methods was 13%and 75%,respectively.Conclusion:The selection of cytotoxicity test method should be based on the physical and chemical properties of the samples and simulate the actual clinical use.
