摘　　要：以员工和组织的视角对过程评价与结果评价要素的本质进行解读,说明遵循过程四要素和结果四要素,层层推进,既是普通员工成长为卓越管理者的过程,更是促使一般组织蜕变为卓越组织的过程。This paper interprets the nature of the process evaluation and result evaluation elements of performance excellence model from the employees and the organization's point of view, and explains the four elements on process and results respectively that carry forward gradually. It is the process for ordinary staff growing to superior managers but also for prompting general organization to transform to an excellent organization.
