摘 要:为综合评价不同几何参数周向平行细通道夹套的综合性能。采用数值模拟法,以水为工质,从泵功与热阻关系,熵产分析和综合评价准则的角度,对周向平行细通道夹套进行综合性能评价分析。周向平行细通道宽度W分别为1mm、2mm、3mm,细通道高度H恒为3mm。研究结果表明,细通道夹套比无细通道夹套热阻平均降低44.7%。传热熵产数量级远大于摩擦熵产数量级,传热熵产占主导地位。3种规格细通道夹套的综合评价准则数均随雷诺数的增大而增大,但其增速逐渐趋于平缓,宽度为1mm的细通道夹套设备综合性能最优。低雷诺数时,雷诺数大小对宽度为1mm的细通道夹套综合准则数有显著影响。由数值模拟数据拟合出压降比和换热系数比关联式。In order to comprehensively evaluate the performance of circumferential parallel minichannels with a jacket of different geometric parameters,a numerical investigation was carried out to study the relationship between pumping power and thermal resistance,the entropy generation analysis and the performance evaluation criteria,with water as working fluid.The minichannels has the width of 1 mm,2 mm,3 mm respectively and has the height of 1 mm.Results show that the average thermal resistance of minichannels is less than the non-minichannels about 44.7%;the entropy generation due to heat transfer is tremendously higher than the entropy generation due to fluid friction,the entropy generation due to heat transfer is dominant in overall entropy generation;the performance evaluation criteria number increases with an increase of Reynolds number for all minichannels,however,the growth of performance evaluation criteria number is gradually steady with an increase of Reynolds number.Minichannel has width of 1 mm that indicates the best heat transfer performance in all,and its performance evaluation criteria number has significantly been affected by Reynolds number;Based on the simulation data,the pressure drop correlation and the heat transfer coefficient correlation are proposed.
