摘　　要：复合肥生产中输送高温料浆的机械密封泵经常损坏。为稳定生产,选用后吸式泵替代前吸式泵,在泄漏处增加副叶轮及螺旋推进装置。改造后,泵运行状态良好,运行半年未发生泄露,该经验可推广应用于复合肥生产磷酸、洗涤液等输送中。The mechanical seal pump is often easy to damage in transporting high-temperature slurry of compound fertilizer production. In order to stabilize the production,rear suction pump is chosen instead of former suction pump, the auxiliary impeller and the spiral propulsion system are added in leak place. After modification, the running of pump is in good condition with on leakage occurred during half year,the experience can be applied in the transportation of phosphoric acid washing liquid etc.
