摘　　要：自身免疫性疾病种类繁多且发病机制至今未明,对于常规疗法不耐受或反应不佳者,需要考虑其他有效的候选治疗方案。干细胞移植、生物制剂、植物药制剂以及一些免疫调节物质在抗风湿治疗中都显示了良好的治疗前景,对这些疗法的效用机制以及在疾病治疗中的应用作一评述。There are many categories of autoimmune diseases and the pathogenesis is still unknown. For those who are intolerant or poorly responsive to conventional therapies, other effective candidate treatment options need to be considered. Some therapies have shown great therapeutic prospects in the treatment of rheumatic diseases, including stem cell transplantation, biological agents, botanical drugs and some immunomodulatory substances. Their mechanisms of action and applications in autoimmune diseases were reviewed in this paper.
