《天盛改旧新定律令》征兵制度探析

摘　　要：西夏的征兵制度体现了西夏的经济状况、政治制度和军事需要,是保证西夏军事行动顺利进行的关键。西夏法典《天盛改旧新定律令》中对征兵对象、入伍条件、军籍管理等方面作出了详尽的规定。分析《天盛改旧新定律令》中西夏的征兵制度,其带有明显部落兵制的特点,与同时代的宋朝以募兵制为主的征兵制度是截然不同的,与辽朝征兵制有相似之处。The conscription system reflected its economic situation,political system and military requirements in Xixia,and it is a key to ensure the military actions proceeding smoothly.There are detailed rules of conscription targets, enlistment conditions, military status, etc. in the Tiansheng Laws. Analysis of the conscription system ruled in the Tiansheng Laws,we can find a quite different mode between the Xixia and the Song. However,the Xixia’s conscription was similar to the Liao’s.
