摘　　要：以《天盛改旧新定律令》为代表的西夏法律文化,是中华法系的重要组成部分,反映了中国古代法制的发展历程,丰富了中华法系的内容和形式。本文通过系统梳理以西夏法律史为研究对象的相关论著,为学界及时了解西夏法律史研究的最新成果和前沿动态提供便利。The legal culture of the Xixia represented by Tiansheng Laws is an important part of Chinese legal system reflecting the development history of ancient Chinese legal system and enriching the contents and forms of Chinese legal system. This article describes the works which research object is the legal history of Xixia to offer convenience to academic circles.
