公路风吹雪雪害防治措施的研究

摘　　要：以省道331线伊宁至托乎拉苏公路工程设计为实例,重点围绕公路风吹雪雪害的形成根源、主要类型和影响因素,阐明了风吹雪雪害条件下的道路选线措施,论述了相应路基断面的设计原则和选择方法,提出了改善和避免风吹雪雪害对公路影响的实证措施,旨在对北方丘陵地带风吹雪雪害易发多发路段的公路选线、路基断面设计、安全设施设计等方面对风吹雪雪害的防治措施做出进一步研究,实现对风吹雪雪害的技术规避。The paper,which taking the design of Yining-Tohulasu Highway Project on Provincial Highway 331 as an example,is explicated the route selection measures,the design principles and selection methods under the conditions of wind-blown snow hazards,as concerning the causes,main types and influencing factors of wind-blown snow hazards on highways.Additionally,the empirical measures to avoid the impact of wind-blown snow hazards on highways is discussed.The purpose of this study is to provide the in-depth study on the aspects of the prevention and control measures such as the route selection,roadbed section design,safety facilities design in the Northern hilly areas.
