摘 要:关注"轻于空气"HAPS平台通信技术的部署场景和系统特性,基于现有及可预期达到的无线通信水平,结合我国西北人口稀少地区以及西南人口密集山区的自然情况,对HAPS宽带接入的频谱需求进行了分析计算,结合我国典型地区的雨衰值、HAPS高空平台及地面台站的链路特性分析链路预算进行研究,结果显示,利用HAPS在边远地区提供宽带连接具备技术可行性。This article focuses on the deployment environment and system characteristic of lighter-than-air(LTA) highaltitude platform stations(HAPS) communication system. Based on the recent and near-future development of radio communication technology, aiming at the north-west region with sparse population and the south-west mountainous area with dense population in china, this paper performs analysis and calculation on the frequency spectrum requirement of HAPS broadband system. Using the typical rain attenuation fading in china, the link budget analysis between the HAPS and ground station shows that it’s feasible to provide broadband communication service in remote areas using HAPS system.
