摘 要:联合基金作为自然科学基金中的一种区域合作项目,通过鼓励不同区域的科研人员开展合作研究实现协同创新,研究成果质量较高,近年来受到国家和地方基础研究管理领域的重视。前期广东科技援疆在经费投入、人才帮扶和援建平台等领域做了大量工作,也取得了一些成绩。以联合基金项目模式创新的视角,深入剖析新疆喀什地区基础研究问题,结合广东科技创新优势,从必要性、可行性等方面,提出一些与以往联合基金合作方式不同的管理模式和合作建议,开拓广东科技援疆工作新领域,深入促进新疆喀什地区创新发展。As a regional cooperation project in the natural science fund, the joint fund has achieved collaborative innovation by encouraging researchers from different regions to carry out cooperative research, and the quality of its research results is high, in recent years, it has been paid more and more attention to the field of national and local basic research management. In the early stage, Guangdong science and technology aid has done a lot of work and made some achievements in the fields of funds investment, talent assistance and platform construction. From the perspective of innovation of joint fund project model, this paper deeply analyzes the basic research problems of Kashi region in Xinjiang, combining with the advantages of scientific and technological innovation in Guangdong, from the aspects of necessity, feasibility and so on, puts forward some management modes and cooperation suggestions which are different from the former joint fund cooperation mode, opens up new fields of scientific and technological assistance to Xinjiang in Guangdong, and further promotes innovation and development of Kashi region in Xinjiang.
