煤炭企业产学研创新系统的协同度研究

摘　　要：以煤炭企业产学研创新系统为研究对象,构建煤炭企业、高校和科研机构三大创新子系统的评价指标体系,采用2010-2016年的数据,运用协同度模型计算三大创新子系统的有序度,并分析煤炭企业产学研创新系统的协同度。研究结果表明,煤炭企业产学研创新系统的协同度处于中等水平;高校与科研机构创新子系统之间的协同度呈线性增加,而煤炭企业与高校创新子系统之间的协同度、煤炭企业与科研机构创新子系统之间的协同度以及系统整体的协同度呈现倒"U"型。研究结果以期为煤炭企业、高校和科研机构提供对策,推动煤炭企业产学研协同创新发展。Taking the innovation system of industry-university-research of coal enterprises as the research object, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the three innovation subsystems of coal enterprises, universities and research institutes, and calculates the order degree of the three innovation subsystems, then analyzes the synergy degree of innovation system of industry-university-research of coal enterprises through the synergy degree model using the data from 2010 to 2016. The results show that the synergy degrees of innovation system of industry-universityresearch of coal enterprises are in the middle level. The synergy degree between innovation subsystem of universities and innovation subsystem of research institutes increases linearly, while the synergy degree between innovation subsystem of coal enterprises and innovation subsystem of universities, the synergy degree between innovation subsystem of coal enterprises and innovation subsystem of research institutions, and the synergy degree of overall system show the inverted "U" shape. The research results are expected to provide countermeasures for coal enterprises,universities and research institutes, and to promote the development of synergy innovation of industry-universityresearch of coal enterprises.
