摘　　要：目的探讨发生口腔外疣状黄瘤患者的临床及病理特征。方法回顾性分析10例口腔外疣状黄瘤患者的临床和病理资料。结果10例患者中,男8例,女2例,其中7例发生在会阴部位(阴囊,龟头)。临床误诊为尖锐湿疣3例,皮肤纤维瘤2例,疣状痣、增殖性红斑、皮脂腺痣、毛发上皮瘤及化脓性肉芽肿各1例,无临床疑诊为疣状黄瘤病例。10例患者经组织病理确诊均符合疣状黄瘤。结论口腔外疣状黄瘤皮损临床上与多种疾病相似,误诊率极高。组织病理学有特征性改变,是诊断疾病的重要依据。Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of verrucous xanthoma locating in the external position of oral cavity.Methods The data of 10 cases with verrucous xanthoma was analyzed retrospectively.Results Out of the 10 cases,8 were male,2 were female,and 7 cases were located in the perineum(scrotum,penis glans).The clinical diagnosis included 3 cases of condyloma acuminatum,2 cases of cutaneous fibroma,1 case of verrucous nevus,1 case of proliferative erythema,1 case of sebaceous nevus,1 case of trichoepithelioma and 1 case of suppurative granuloma.The pathological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of verrucous xanthoma in all of the 10 patients. Conclusion The lesions of verrucous xanthoma are clinically similar to many diseases and the misdiagnosis rate is high.Histopathology with characteristic changes is an important basis for the diagnosis.
