老年二期梅毒误诊1例

摘　　要：患者男,87岁。头皮、躯干、四肢出现皮疹伴瘙痒2个月余。曾被误诊为银屑病、扁平苔聲,予抗组胺及激素治疗无效。RPR 1:32(+),TPPA 1:1 280(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。予苄星青霉素240万U分两侧臀部肌注,每周1次,连续3次,皮疹逐渐消退。现患者仍在随访中。An 87-year-old male presented with itchy rashes on the scalp,trunk and limbs for over two months.He had been misdiagnosed as psoriasis and lichen planus at community hospital and was treated with antihistamines and glucocorticoid without any improvement.RPR was 1∶32,TPPA was 1∶1 280.The diagnosis was made as secondary syphilis.As 2.4 million units of benzathine penicillin were given to both sides of buttock by intramuscular injection once a week for three weeks of treatment,his skin lesions disappeared gradually.The patient was under the regular follow-up.
