OSAHS患者螺旋CT、CBCT与头颅侧位片的头影测量分析

摘　　要：目的:比较阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者螺旋CT、CBCT与头颅侧位片(LCR)的头影测量结果的差异性。方法:纳入20名OSAHS的患者,分别拍摄螺旋CT和CBCT与LCR片,分别导入Winceph8.0软件中进行测量。分析3种测量结果的差异。结果:3种方法17个测量项目的测量结果ICC值均大于0.75,说明这3种测量手段的可靠性;螺旋CT、CBCT与LCR片经过方差分析,SNA、ANB、L1-NB length、L1-NB angle、U1-L1、FMA、FH-SN、U1-Apog angle、L1-MP angle、Upper lip、Lower lip共11项有统计学差异,且重复性高于LCR片。结论:3种测量对OSAHS的可靠性均较高,但螺旋CT、CBCT的可重复性高于LCR片。Objective: To compare the measurements of spiral CT, CBCT and cephalometric radiographs (LCR) in patients with sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods: 20 patients with OSAHS were included. The spiral CT CBCT and LCR were used ac cording to the treatment needs. The images of the examinations were imported into Winceph8.0 software respectively. The difference analysis of the measurements of the examinations was conducted. Results: The ICC values of the 17 measurments of spiral CT, CBCT and LCR were all higher than 0. 75 , which indicated that the 3 methods were reliable;there were significant differences of SNA, ANB, L1-NB length, L1-NB angle, U1-L1, FMA, FH-SN, U1 -Apog angle, L1-MP angle, Upper lip, Lower lip between Spiral CT or CBCT and LCR analyze by variance analysis. Conclusion: The reliability of spiral CT, conical bundle CT and lateral cephalo metric slice was high, but the repeatability of spiral CT and CBCT was higher than that of the LCR.
