摘  要:目的:观察加味青蒿鳖甲汤含药兔血清对CEM细胞株增殖周期及凋亡的影响。方法:用加味青篙鳖甲汤含药兔血清与CEM细胞共同孵育24 h,用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期及细胞凋亡。结果:不同剂量复方含药兔血清干预后CEM细胞G0/G1期的比例明显增高,高剂量组与低剂量组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高、中剂量组的S、G2/M期的比例明显下降,与正常兔血清组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低剂量组的S期的比例亦较低,与正常兔血清组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同剂量复方含药兔血清组PI、SPF与正常兔血清组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),以高剂量组最优。不同剂量复方含药兔血清组细胞凋亡率与正常兔血清组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),高剂量组与低剂量组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味青蒿鳖甲汤含药兔血清可抑制CEM细胞的增殖,并提高CEM细胞的凋亡率。Objective:To observe the effect of rabbit serum containing modified Qing Hao Bie Jia decoction on proliferation cycle and apoptosis of CEM cell line. Methods: CEM cells with rabbit serum containing modified Qing Hao Bie Jia decoction were incubated for 24 hours, the flow cytometer was used to detect cell cycle and apoptosis. Results: The proportion of G0/G1 phase in CEM cells was significantly increased after intervention with different doses of rabbit serum containing drugs.The difference between high dose group and low dose group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The proportions of S and G2/M phases in the high and middle-dose groups decreased significantly, and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the normal rabbit serum group(P < 0.05).The proportion of S phase in the low-dose group was also low, compared with the normal rabbit serum group, there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Compared with normal rabbit sera, the different doses of compound rabbit-containing rabbit serum PI and SPF were statistically significant(P < 0.05),with high-dose group being optimal. The apoptosis rate of different doses of compound-containing rabbit serum group was statistically significant compared with that of normal rabbit serum group(P < 0.05).The difference between high-dose group and low-dose group was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Modified Qing Hao Bie Jia decoction containing rabbit serum can inhibit the proliferation of CEM cells and increase the apoptosis rate of CEM cells.
