摘 要:收集并采集黑木耳(Auricularia auricula-judae)野生菌株与主栽品种23份,以设计的10对SSR引物对其遗传多样性进行分析。结果表明,10对引物对23个菌株扩增的多态性信息含量在0.050~0.320,均值为0.216,Shannon信息指数0.100~0.690,均值0.455,引物MR005扩增效果最好,多态性最为丰富。对黑木耳23个菌株的聚类分析表明,北方地区黑木耳主栽品种与野生菌株可划分为4类,大部分主栽品种和野生菌株聚到了第三大类群(主栽类群),说明北方地区黑木耳栽培品种与野生菌株间遗传背景差异不大。A total of 23 wild strains and main cultivars of Auricularia auricula-judae were collected,and the genetic diversity of A. uricularia auricula-judae with 10 pairs of SSR primers was analyzed. The results showed that the content of polymorphism information for 10 pairs of primers was between 0.05 and 0.32,the mean value was 0.216,shannon information index was between0.1 and 0.69,and the mean value was 0.455. Primer MR005 had the best amplification effect and polymorphism was the most abundant. Cluster analysis of 23 strains showed that the main cultivars and wild strains in northern China can be divided into four categories. Most major cultivars and wild strains gathered in third group,named the main cultivated group. It indicated that there was little difference in genetic background between the main cultivars and wild strains in northern China.
