摘  要:当前日益增长的废旧手机没有得到有效回收,消费者的个性特质是影响手机回收的重要因素。文章研究情感依恋、收入效应对废旧手机回收的作用机制,通过实验和问卷调查,从禀赋效应视角研究了影响消费者废旧手机回收的因素。结果表明:情感依恋和收入效应共同影响消费者的禀赋效应,进而影响消费者的手机回收意愿。在消费者收入较高和较低时,收入效应都占有主导地位,会遮掩情感依恋对手机回收意愿的影响,高低收入的消费者在手机回收意愿上具有差异性。而在中等收入的消费者中,收入效应不明显,情感依恋对手机回收意愿有着显著的负向影响。At present, the growing number of used mobile phones has not been effectively recycled, and the consumer’s characteristics are important factors that influence the recycling. This paper studies the mechanism of emotional attachment and income effect on mobile phone recycling. Through experiments and questionnaires on consumers, this study analyzes the main factors influencing mobile phones recycling from the perspective of endowment effect. The results show that emotional attachment and income effect jointly influence consumers’ endowment effect, thereby affecting consumers’ willingness to recycle. In the context of higher and lower consumers’ incomes, the income effect dominates, which will obscure the impact of emotional attachments on the mobile phones recycling willingness. There is a difference in consumers’ willingness between high and low income levels. If the consumer has a high income level, he or she will have a strong mobile phone recycling willingness. Similarly, if the consumer’s income level is rather low, he or she will have a weak mobile phone recycling willingness. While among middle-income consumers, the income effect is not obvious, the emotional attachment has a significant negative impact on mobile phones recycling willingness.
