摘  要:公共基础设施是城市发展的载体,是支撑经济社会运行和保障民生的重要物质基础。文章在梳理国内外城市基础设施建设实践的基础上,以陕西省为例探究城市基础设施空间配置合理性以及效率评价,结果表明陕西省10个地级市基础设施存在明显的空间分异特征,整体呈中心向外围扩散的模式,即关中城市呈现较好发展态势,其中西安市占据"一家独大"的核心地位,城市压力巨大;陕北次之,陕南城市群应加大基础设施力度,以满足城市空间需求。省域层面应合理优化城市空间布局,引导各市经济资源、产业结构优势互补,实现区域与城市协调可持续发展。The construction of public infrastructure is the carrier of urban development. It is important for supporting economic and social operation and protecting people's livelihood. The paper explores the efficiency of space allocation in infrastructure. The results showed that there were obvious spatial differentiation characteristics in the infrastructure of 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi province. Among them, Xi'an city occupies a core position of "the biggest". The pattern of the proliferation of the center to the periphery, namely the Guanzhong city, shows a better development trend, followed by Northern Shaanxi, and the Southern Shaanxi urban agglomerations should increase the intensity of infrastructure to meet the urban space demand. The provincial level should guide the spatial layout reasonably, and each city shares the economic resources and industrial structure to achieve coordinated and sustainable urban development.
