摘　　要：随着患癌人数的增多和人们生活方式的改变,生活方式在人们的健康中扮演着重要角色,其中癌症患者的生活方式也逐渐引起临床医务人员的重视。健康促进生活方式作为癌症患者的非药物治疗方式,不仅可以降低癌症患者并发其他慢性病风险的概率,还能降低其病死率,提高生活质量。本研究总结癌症患者健康促进生活方式的研究进展。在中国知网、万方、维普、Web of science、Springlinker和PubMed中以"癌症/肿瘤、健康行为、健康促进、健康促进生活方式"为关键词进行检索,最终纳入29篇文献。国外研究主要聚焦于癌症患者的饮食和体力活动两个方面,国内研究主要关注其他慢性病患者,较少涉及癌症患者。癌症患者的健康促进生活方式对其生活质量和预后有其重要意义,应鼓励医务人员更加关注和重视癌症患者的健康促进生活方式。With the rise of the number of cancer patients and changes of lifestyle,lifestyle plays a key role in people’s health,especially in patients.The lifestyle of cancer patients also gradually attracted the attention of clinical medical staff.Health promoting lifestyle is non-pharmacological treatment,which can reduce the rate of chronic disease,reduce the rate of mortality and improve quality of life of patients.This study is to explore the progress and enlightment of health promoting lifestyle in cancer patients.A total of 29 articals were included with keywords"cancer/tumor,health behavior,health promoting,health promoting lifestyle"in CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,web of science,Springlinker and PubMed.Searching results revealed that foreign researches mainly focused on the nutrition and physical activity of cancer patients.The domestic researches mainly focused on others chronic patients without cancer survivors.Health promoting lifestyle of cancer patients has important implications for their quality of life and prognosis.The clinical stuff should be encouraged to pay more attention to it.
