摘 要:潜孔钻机在钻孔过程中随着钻杆持续推进,需要频繁地进行接杆和卸杆作业,传统的接杆和卸杆步骤都是人工分别控制推进和回转手柄来完成上述过程的,操作过程复杂,劳动量大。随着PLC控制技术的发展,采取比例接卸杆的方式(即通过电气和液压技术的结合)理想地完成了上述过程。相比而言,采取比例接卸杆,自动化程度高,减少了操作人员的劳动强度,值得推广。In the drilling process of DTH drill rig, frequent connecting and unloading procedures are operated as drill pipe keeps moving forward. The traditional connecting and unloading procedures are manually controlled by pushing forward and rotating the knob. The operations are complicated and require a lot of labor. With the development of PLC control technology, the aforesaid process may be ideally completed by proportional connecting and unloading (which is by combining electrical and hydraulic technologies).
