针刺联合中药治疗神经性耳鸣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合中药治疗神经性耳鸣的临床效果。方法:收集符合标准的神经性耳鸣患者60例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例予针刺联合中药治疗,对照组30例仅予针刺治疗,10d为1疗程,接受1～3个疗程。结果:治疗结束后,针刺联合中药组总有效率、痊愈率分别为96.7%、50.0%,针刺组分别为80.0%、30.0%,经秩和检验,2组疗效比较有统计学差异,P=0.036。结论:针刺联合中药治疗神经性耳鸣可显著提高临床效果,改善耳鸣治疗效果。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of nervous tinnitus(NT). Methods: 60 cases of NT collected according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(n=30) was treated with acupuncture combined with TCM, and the control group(n=30) was treated only with acupuncture. The course of treatment was 10 to 30 days. Results: After treatment, the total effective rates of the two groups were 96.7% and 50.0 %, the cure rates were 80.0% and 30.0%, respectively, and the difference was significant(P=0.036). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with TCM in treatment of NT could improve the clinical effect.
