黄芪桂枝五物汤加减结合针刺治疗漏肩风临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物汤结合针刺治疗漏肩风的疗效。方法:选取漏肩风患者70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,治疗组给予针刺及黄芪桂枝五物汤加减口服,4个疗程后,比较治疗组与对照组的疗效、治疗前后的VAS评分。结果:治疗组总体效率明显高于对照组,治疗后两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加减结合针刺治疗漏肩风疗效显著,优于单纯的针刺治疗。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with acupuncture on the treatment of leaking shoulder wind. Methods: Seventy patients with scapular shoulder wind were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 35 cases each. The control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment.The treatment group was given acupuncture and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. After 4 courses of treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group, and the VAS score before and after treatment were compared.Results: The overall efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of leaky shoulder wind, which is better than simple acupuncture treatment.
