中医外治法治疗胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘研究进展

摘　　要：腹胀便秘常见于胸腰椎骨折后,不及时有效治疗,影响患者术后恢复,加重患者的心理负担。通过对中医外治法治疗胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘的方法进行综述,发现中医外治法治疗胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘不仅效果显著而且安全可靠,本文总结了中医外治法治疗胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘的方法,发现临床中存在的问题,提供相应的指导。Abdominal distention and constipation is common in patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.If can not be treated in time, it will affects the postoperative recovery of patients and aggravates the psychological burden of patients. By reviewing the treatment of abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar vertebral fracture by traditional Chinese medicine, it is found that the treatment of abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar vertebral fracture by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is not only effective but also safe and reliable. This paper summarizes the treatment of abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar vertebral fracture by traditional Chinese medicine and to find out the clinical problems and provide corresponding guidance.
