利用CDSS进行单病种质控的技术架构与实现方式

摘　　要：单病种管理是以病种为单位进行过程质量管理的新方法,我国总体执行达标率不断上升,但存在内容不规范、缺乏对内涵质量实时监测等不足。将结合人工智能和知识库的CDSS与电子病历集成,根据设定的质控规则在诊疗过程中自动识别和实时管控诊疗缺陷,提高单病种质控的实时性、规范化和数据真实性,助力提高患者预后和医学科研。Single disease management is a new method for process quality management with the unit of disease type. The overall compliance rate of our country is continuously rising, but there are some deficiencies such as non-standard content and lack of real-time monitoring of connotation quality. CDSS combined with artificial intelligence and knowledge base is integrated with electronic medical records. The defects of diagnosis and treatment are automatically identified and controlled in real time according to the quality control rules, so as to improve the real-time performance and standardization of single disease quality control and data authenticity and help to improve patient prognosis and medical research.
