摘　　要：目的:随着医改深入,医院传统运营状态被打破,亟待建立更符合当下环境和医院自身特点的新医院运营管理体系。方法:建立架构明确的管理体系,充分利用信息工具,整合数据,透明化数据分析结果,多层次管理,共同指导更加科学、明确的决策体系建立。结果:鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院第三方排名明显上升,业务量、业务效率提升,重点单项抗菌药物使用强度下降,急性心梗“门-球”时间明显下降。结论:共享+协同的管理模式,充分利用信息工具对于新型医院运营管理模式的建立非常有益。Objective: With the deepening of medical reform, the traditional operation status of hospitals has been broken. It is urgent to establish a new hospital operation management system that is more suitable for the current environment and the characteristics of hospitals themselves. Methods: To guide the establishment of a more scientific and clear decision-making system, it needs a clearly structured management system, fully using of information technology, integrating data, transparent rendering of data analyses results and multi-level management. Results: The ranking evaluated by the third party of our hospital increased obviously. Hospital's inpatient and outpatient volume and efficiency increased and the key project of our hospital, using of antibiotics and the D2B time of STEMI, got an obvious improvement. Conclusion: The ‘sharing + collaboration’ management model and the IT tools are very beneficial to the establishment of new hospital operation management mode.
