摘 要:通过控制Ti(OC4H9)4与水的比例,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2溶胶,掺杂硝酸铁与硫酸铜以改变纳米TiO2溶胶的化学性能,并将其应用于棉织物整理。结果显示:当硝酸铁与硫酸铜的掺杂量分别为1%、2%时,改性TiO2溶胶的紫外吸收效果与光催化活性均有显著提升。经纳米TiO2处理的棉织物对可挥发有机化合物(VOC)的降解率有所提升,抗紫外线能力更强,且洗涤次数与断裂强力的变化不存在相关性。By controlling the ratio of Ti(OC4H9)4 to water, the nano-TiO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel method, and doped with ferric nitrate and copper sulfate to change the chemical properties of nano-TiO2 sol. Then the nano-TiO2 sol was applied to the cotton fabric. The results showed that the ultraviolet absorption and photocatalytic activity of the modified nano-TiO2 sol were significantly improved when the dosage of ferric nitrate and copper sulfate was 1 % and 2%, respectively. The cotton fabrics treated with nano-TiO2 had higher degradation rate of VOC and stronger anti-ultraviolet ability, and there was no correlation between washing times and breaking strength.
