摘　　要：社会的发展不仅是经济的发展也需要文化的发展,东营市具备独特的文化基础,东营市民的人文社会科学素养具有鲜明的自身特色。文章选取东营市民作为研究对象,了解其人文社会科学素养的现状,分析其原因,尝试从政府层面、市民个体两个层面提出改进的建议。The development of society is not only the development of the economy but also the development of culture. Because of the unique cultural foundation, the humanities and social sciences of Dongying citizens have their own distinctive characteristics. Selecting Dongying citizens as research objects to understand the current situation, this paper analyzes the problems, and proposes improvements from the government level and the individual level.
