贵州省医学生自我责任感现状与对策研究

摘  要:本研究对贵州省医学生的自我责任感情况进行了调查。调查结果表明:当前我省医学生在自我生命责任感方面出现一定程度的知行分离。我省大部分医学生能正确地对待马克思主义,在选择人生理想时能够将个人与社会、家庭与自我进行合理的规划。同时,我省大部分医学生具有正确的价值观,但在集体利益与个人利益发生冲突时将表现出更多的个人主义。另外,我省医学生整体上具有较好的社会公德意识,在人际关系方面具有较高的合群性、互助性。根据我省医学生自我责任感现状,笔者从学校教育的角度提出对策如下:1.医学院校应创造良好的校园环境与良好的人文环境来促进医学生主动提升自我责任感。2.充分利用现有人文课程提升医学生自我责任感。3.开展多种形式的教育活动促进医学生自我责任感的提升。This study investigated the self-responsibility of medical students in Guizhou province. The results of the investigation show that there is a certain degree of separation of knowledge and practice in the sense of responsibility of medical students in our province at present. Most medical students in our province can treat Marxism correctly,When choosing the ideal of life, they can plan the harmony between the individual and the society, the family and the self. At the same time, most medical students in our province have correct values.But there will be more individualism when the collective and the individual conflict. In addition, medical students in our province as a whole have a good sense of social morality. There is a high degree of teamwork and mutual help in the aspect of interpersonal relations. Countermeasures :1.Medical colleges and universities should create a good campus environment and a good humanistic environment to promote medical students to take the initiative to enhance their sense of self-responsibility. 2.Make full use of the existing humanities curriculum to promote medical students’ self-responsibility. 3. To carry out various forms of educational activities to promote the promotion of self-responsibility of medical students.
