摘　　要：高校基层党务工作的推进,需要大量高素质人才。但是高素质人才队伍的建设,则需要突破诸多发展障碍。基层党务工作人员的总体数量不足、岗位流动性较大、培训机制并不健全、年轻人才无法得到有效培养,这些都成为当前高校基层党务高素质人才队伍构建的关键问题。The promotion of grass-roots Party affairs in Colleges and universities needs a large number of high-quality talents.However, the construction of high-quality personnel needs to break through many obstacles to development. The shortage of the total number of grass-roots Party staff, the greater mobility of posts, the imperfect training mechanism, and the lack of effective training of young talents are all the key issues in the construction of high-quality Party personnel at the grass-roots level in Colleges and universities.
