摘　　要：铁路货运票据电子化开启了"电子货票"的时代。为优化铁路集装箱作业流程,提高集装箱作业效率,通过阐述基于铁路货运票据电子化的集装箱作业流程现状,结合目前铁路集装箱作业流程中存在的问题,分析铁路货运票据电子化对集装箱作业流程的影响因素,提出完善集装箱运输管理信息系统功能、规范集装箱作业流程管理、加强作业人员业务培训、转变管理理念等方面的优化对策,更进一步完善铁路集装箱作业流程。The electronic railway shipping papers policy has ushered in the era of "electronic freight invoice". To upgrade the workflow and increase the efficiency of railway container operation in the era of electronic shipping papers, based on an overview of the existing workflow focusing on its problems, this paper has studied the influence that electronic shipping papers have on the container operation workflow. To upgrade this workflow, this paper has accordingly put forward the strategies: improving the functions of the container transportation management information network, implementing the standardized container operation workflow, providing better staff training programs and innovating management philosophy.
