摘　　要：公益社会组织主要是以公益主体的身份,从利人、利他的角度出发,借助于对社会特殊群体关怀的方式,致力于人类发展过程中共同关注的问题运用理论与实践相结合的方式促进少数民族地区经济、政治、文化发展,在少数民族地区的文化、卫生、教育、扶贫、环保等诸多领域有着积极的影响。但由于一些因素的制约,少数民族公益组织还存在着一些问题,例如:公益组织规模较小、资金来源渠道较窄、组织治理模式尚需完善等。整体上讲,少数民族地区的公益组织处于发展的初期阶段,要适应社会发展的需求,需要给予必要的培育与扶持。Public welfare social organization is mainly to public the identity of the subject, starting from the right of people, altruistic perspective, with the help of a special social group for caring, committed to the process of human development issues of common concern based on the combination of theory and practice to promote minority areas of economic, political and cultural development, has the positive effects in the minority areas of culture, education, health, poverty alleviation,environmental protection and other areas. However, due to some factors, there are still some problems in the national public welfare organizations, such as the small public welfare organizations, the narrow source of funds, the organization and management mode, and so on. On the whole, the public welfare organizations in the minority areas are in the initial stage of development, to adapt to the needs of social development, the need to give the necessary training and support.
