摘 要:石墨烯被称为未来之材料。本文从石墨烯的结构特性与性能为切入点,分别介绍了机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、外延生长法、氧化还原法制备石墨烯最新研究进展,及其在复合材料、储能应用、传感器等方面的应用,并对石墨烯未来的发展趋势及应用前景进行了展望。Graphene is called the material of the future. Based on the structural characteristics and properties of graphene, the latest research progress of the mechanical stripping method, chemical vapor deposition method,epitaxial growth method, Redox method of prepared graphene were separately introduced in this paper. The applications of graphene in composite materials, energy storage applications, sensors and other aspects were also presented in detail, the development trend and application prospect of graphene in the future were prospected.
