摘 要:介绍了天然牛皮胶原纤维的制备方法,重点研究了其形态结构和性能特征。结果表明,牛皮胶原纤维横截面由多根近似圆形或不规则腰圆形的纤维集束而成,纵向由多根细小的纤维集成粗细不匀的纤维束,表面呈原纤化特征。其平均长度为29.17 mm,变异系数为109.26%;平均直径为4.02μm,变异系数为31.10%,长度和细度离散度较大。牛皮胶原纤维的结晶度为28.54%,取向度为68.50%,平均断裂强度为8.38 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为21.35%,标准回潮率为22.10%,极限氧指数达到24.3%。随着温度的升高,纤维断裂强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率逐渐上升。牛皮胶原纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为99.95%、99.99%、99.17%,对红色毛癣菌的细菌减少率为90.80%,防霉性能达到一级。此外,牛皮胶原纤维的重金属含量,尤其是六价铬的含量符合生态纺织品的技术要求。综合来讲,牛皮胶原纤维形态结构特征独特,具有优良的拉伸、吸湿和阻燃性能及突出的抗菌防霉功能,具有广阔的应用前景。The preparation of natural cattle-hide collagen fiber is introduced, and its morphology and performance are emphasisly studied. The results show that the cross section of the fiber is made up of several fiber bundles with irregularly round or irregular waist round in cross section, and several smaller fiber bundles with uneven thickness in the longitudinal direction with fibrillated surface. The average length is 29.17 mm, coefficients of variation are 109.26%, average diameter of the fiber is 4.02 μm, coefficients of variation are 31.10%,and the dispersion of length and fineness is large. The crystallinity and orientation of the collagen fibers is 28.54% and 68.50%, respectively.The average breaking strength is 8.38 cN/dtex, and the elongation at break is 21.35%. The standard moisture regain of the collagen fiber is 22.10%, and the limiting oxygen index(LOI) is 24.3%. With the increase of temperature, the breaking strength gradually decreases, and the elongation at break gradually increases. The antibacterial rate of collagen fiber on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans is 99.95%, 99.99% and 99.17%, respectively, and the reduction rate of bacteria on the trichophyton rubrum is 90.80%. The mildew-proof performance of the fiber reaches the first level. In addition, the content of heavy metals, especially hexavalent chromium, in the collagen fibers of cattle hide could meet with the technical requirements of ecological textiles. Comprehensively speaking, the cattle-hide collagen fiber is a new kind of environment-friendly natural textile material with unique morphological and structural characteristics, excellent tensile, moisture absorption and flame retardant properties, as well as outstanding anti-bacterial and anti-mildew functions, and it has promising applications.
