摘　　要：建立以集群内企业和科研院所为博弈主体的双方演化博弈模型,通过稳定策略分析可知,确定合理的利益分配是各方保持协同治理的核心;同时加入一些奖励惩罚机制以及信息共享机制对各主体具有激励作用,政府的监管,则进一步优化对企业间的协同治理。This paper establishes the evolutionary game model of the game subject of the enterprise and scientific research institute in the cluster, and it can be seen from the analysis of the stability strategy that the reasonable benefit distribution is the core of the parties to maintain the cooperative governance;Meanwhile, some incentive punishment mechanism and information sharing mechanism are used to motivate the main subjects. Then we further optimize the cooperative governance among enterprises.
