摘　　要：五模块低地板转向架设计结构较为特殊,组装工艺较其它车型差异较大。文章对该类型转向架轴桥组装及转向架总成组装工艺流程进行分析,重点介绍了试制过程中的工艺难点及解决方案。Because of the special structure, the assembly technique for five-module low-floor bogie is different from other types of bogies. This article analyzes the assembly technique of wheel-bridge and final assembly technological process of bogie, and emphatically presents the difficulties and solutions in the trialmanufacture.
