摘 要:针对大型风电机组柔性塔架分段处的动态响应问题,文章利用双向流固耦合法对塔架分段处法兰进行流体与结构动力学分析,得出动力响应曲线。将考虑耦合作用与未考虑耦合作用的塔架法兰的应力、位移进行对比,经过基本应用理论分析,提出塔架结构改进措施。对比结果表明:考虑耦合作用的塔架法兰位移、应力变化幅度均比未考虑耦合作用的小;结构改进后的塔架应力、位移变化幅度相对较小。Aiming at the dynamic response of flexible tower in large wind turbines, the two-way fluid-solid coupling method is used to analyze the fluid and structural dynamics of flange in the flexible tower section, and the dynamic response curve is obtained by combining the flow chart.Comparing the stress and displacement of tower flange considering coupling effect with that not considering coupling effect, the improvement measures of tower structure are put forward through basic application theory analysis. The results show that the displacement and stress variation range of flange considering coupling effect is smaller than that without considering coupling effect, and the stress and displacement variation range of improved tower is relatively small. The results provide reference value for the improvement of the tower structure of large wind turbines and improve the stability of large wind turbines to a certain extent.
