摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市鼠类密度及种群分布,为城区鼠类防制策略提供科学依据。方法采用夹夜法,以生花生米为诱饵,在城区东、西、南、北4个方位分别选取居民区、餐饮行业和农村3种类型的监测点各1个,每月监测1个方位,4个方位轮流进行,1-12月每月中旬监测1次。采用Excel 2007软件对监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2015-2017年共捕获鼠形动物4种419只,平均密度2.15%。鼠密度在5月快速上升,到8-9月为全年鼠密度最高峰。四川短尾鼩为占比63.25%,褐家鼠占比26.97%;农村自然村鼠密度为3.30%,食品餐饮业鼠密度为1.37%。结论绵阳市城区鼠密度相对较高,四川短尾鼩为优势种群。全年需开展春秋两次统一集中灭鼠活动,并将城市周边农村纳入到统一行动中。Objective To understand the density and population distribution of rodents in Mianyang,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control strategy of rodents in urban areas.Methods The night trapping method was used, and the raw peanuts were taken as bait. In the east, south, west and north of the city urban areas, 3 types of monitoring sites, including residential areas, catering industry and rural areas, were selected respectively in each region.Each month the study monitored only one direction, the four directions were monitored in turn,and the monitoring was conducted once a month in the mid-month from January to December.Statistical analysis of monitoring data was done with Excel 2007. Results From 2015 to 2017,4 species and 419 species of rodent animals were captured, with an average density of 2.15%.The rodent density increased rapidly in May, and the peak emerged in August and September.Anourosorex squamipes accounted for 63.25%,Rattus norvegicus accounted for 26.97%,the rodent density in rural natural villages was 3.30%,and the density of rats in food and beverage industry was 1.37%. Conclusion The density of rodents in Mianyang was relatively high, and Anourosorex squamipes was the dominant population. The two unified centralized rodent control activities in spring and autumn should be carried out throughout the year,and the surrounding rural areas should be taken into the unified action.
