摘　　要：目的在创建全国健康促进区(县)的过程中,基层单位发挥的作用越来越重要。北京市西城区公安分局和门头城子街道办事处等单位在创建健康促进单位过程中针对存在的问题,制定了相关政策,因地制宜建立长效管理机制,化被动应付检查为主动开展健康教育与健康促进活动,大力推进单位健康文化建设,打造健康生活环境,提升了人员健康素养,为健康促进单位创建工作探索了一条可行之路。Objective Grass-roots entities are playing a more and more important role in establishment of national health promotion regions(counties). Entities including Public Security Bureau of Xicheng District and Chengzi Subdistrict Office of Mentougou District have developed relevant policies aiming for solving problems in establishment of health promotion entities, established long-acting management mechanisms according to specific conditions, transformed passive acceptance of inspection to voluntary health education and health promotion activities, vigorously propelled health culture construction, created healthy living environments, improved health literacy of staff and explored a feasible approach to establishment of health promotion entities.
