高铬轧辊在铝卷材热连轧机上的应用

摘　　要：铝卷材热轧机上用的镀铬轧辊费用高,在热轧铝材时镀铬层有脱落现象,容易产生铝卷材质量问题,给下游冷轧制厂引起伤辊问题,同时给制罐企业引起罐体针孔问题。通过使用高铬轧辊,避免发生镀铬层脱落。随着镀铬轧辊的镀铬费用逐年提高,铝材用户也要求降价,在这样的情况下,铝卷材生产企业既要保证产品质量,又要节约成本,用高铬轧辊取代镀铬轧辊便是有效措施之一。It costs a lot for the chrome-plated roll on the hot rolling mill of aluminum coils. The chrome-plated layer sometimes falls off during hot rolling of aluminum coils, which is likely to cause quality problems of aluminum coils, roll injury problems for downstream rolling mills, and pinhole problems for can making enterprises. Falling off of the chromium coating is avoided through the use of high chromium roll. At the same time, the cost of chrome-plated roll increases year by year and aluminum users also require price reduction. In this case, the enterprises producing aluminum coils will not only ensure product quality, but also save costs. Thus using high chromium roller instead of chrome-plated roller is one of the effective measures to meet the above mentioned requirements.
