摘 要:机油泵是发动机润滑系统的重要组成部分,它的主要作用是源源不断地为发动机各运动部件及摩擦副提供足够的机油,保证相应的流量和压力,以满足发动机润滑系统的需求。随着汽车的不断发展,汽车的噪声问题越来越引起汽车用户的重视。针对发动机转子式机油泵阶次噪声问题,利用仿真分析手段,通过对机油泵内腔压力分布及变化、机油泵内部局部流动变化、涡流、空化等方面进行分析,确定机油泵阶次噪声原因并制定改进方案。The oil pump is an important component of engine lubrication system and the "heart" of the engine. Its main function is to provide enough oil for engine oil components in a continuous flow to ensure the corresponding flow and pressure to meet the requirements of engine lubrication system. However, with the continuous development of automobiles, the problem of vehicle noise has attracted more and more attention from users. In this paper, in order to solve the problem of order noise of the engine rotor oil pump, the causes of order noise of the engine oil pump are determined by means of simulation analysis, through analyzing the pressure distribution and change of the inner cavity of the oil pump, local flow change of the oil pump, eddy current flow, cavitation and other aspects of the oil pump, and the improvement plans are put forward.
