摘　　要：电机定子线圈主绝缘厚度是绝缘体系水平的标志,也是电机绝缘安全运行的基础。现介绍了我公司定子线圈绝缘结构及厚度的发展情况,同时分析了LD-F绝缘体系中少胶粉云母带、环氧酸酐型无溶剂浸渍树脂、定子线圈的电气、防电晕、电老化寿命、耐辐照的性能,验证了LDK绝缘体系可保障电动机运行安全可靠。The main insulation thickness of motor stator coil is the level symbol of insulation system and the basis of safe operation of the motor.This paper introduces the development situation of insulation structure and insulation thickness of the stator coil in our company and analyzes the electric performance of LD-F insulation system such as less-glue mica tape,epoxy acid anhydride solvent-free impregnating resin and stator coil in aspects of the electric performance and the resistant performances to corona,electric aging life and radiation.It is verified that LD-K insulation system can guarantee safety and reliability operation of the motor.
