摘　　要：介绍低烟无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)绝缘胶料的研究。得出低烟无卤阻燃EPDM绝缘胶料优化配方为:EPDM 100,复合阻燃剂PF 15,氢氧化铝ATH104E 90,氢氧化镁MH3005Z 30,蒙脱土 5,氧化锌 5,硬脂酸 1,石蜡油 10,防老剂RD 1.5,偶联剂A172 1.5,硫化剂DCP 3,促进剂 1.5,其他 5。采用该配方胶料制成的电缆绝缘线芯阻燃性能、电绝缘性能和物理性能完全满足要求。The development of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) insulating compound was introduced. The optimized formulation was as follows:EPDM 100,composite flame retardant PF 15,aluminum hydroxide ATH 104E 90,magnesium hydroxide MH3005Z 30,MMT 5,zinc oxide 5,stearic acid 1,paraffin oil 10,antioxidant RD 1. 5,coupling agent A172 1. 5,curing agent DCP 3,accelerator 1. 5,and others 5. The flame retardancy,electrical insulation property and physical property of the cable insulation core with the optimized formulation met all the requirements.
