摘 要:流化床在热法再生设备中具有非常广泛的应用,包括热法再生炉的燃烧流化床以及后端的砂温冷却器流化床。起始流化速度是流化床流化效果的一个关键参数。如何控制好流化速度进而达到最佳流化速度对于实际生产和设计具有十分重要的作用和指导意义。主要以热法再生后端的管束流化床冷却器为研究对象,以树脂砂应用为例研究流化床温度对流化床起始流化速度的影响并计算出相应的变化曲线,对实际生产和设计有参考意义。Fluidized bed has a wide range of applications in thermal regeneration equipment, including the combustion fluidized bed of the thermal regeneration furnace and the fluidized bed of the sand temperature cooler at the back end. The initial fluidization velocity is a key parameter for the fluidization effect of the fluidized bed. The way to control the fluidization speed in order to achieve the optimal fluidization speed is of great significance for actual production and design. Taking the tube bundle fluidized bed cooler at the back of thermal regeneration as the research object, the influence of fluidized bed temperature on the initial fluidization velocity of fluidized bed has been studied with resin sand as an example, and the corresponding variation curve has been calculated, which is of reference significance for practical production and design.
