摘  要:介绍了齿轮座铸件加入0.1%、0.15%、0.2%硫氧孕育剂试制生产齿轮座铸件的过程,阐述了各生产环节的工艺控制,并通过对齿轮座对应的附铸试块进行力学性能测试和金相组织分析得出:增加硫氧孕育剂的加入量可以提高球铁铸件的球化率、获得更多的石墨球数和铁素体含量,从而获得延伸率高、综合力学性能优异的球铁铸件。The trial production process of adding 0.1%, 0.15% and 0.2% sulphur and oxygen inoculants to the gear seat castings has been introduced. The process control of each production link has been expounded. The mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the attached casting blocks corresponding to the gear seat have been tested and analyzed. Combining with the production practice, the results show that spheroidization rate of ductile iron castings and number of graphite nodules and ferrite content have been increased by increasing the addition amount of sulphur oxygen inoculant. Thus in this way, the nodular iron castings with high elongation and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained.
