摘　　要：目前,国内应用的辊压辊套主要采用锻造中碳钢调质处理再加外层堆焊技术。我公司研发了离心复合铸造带有咬入花纹辊压辊的技术。介绍了采用差温淬火工艺对复合铸造辊压辊套进行热处理的方法,并取得良好效果。At present, the domestically applied roll-roller sleeves are mainly made of forged medium carbon steel quenching & tempering and outer layer surfacing technology. The centrifugal composite casting technology with a bitten pattern roll has been developed. The heat treatment method of composite casting roll by use of differential temperature quenching process has been introduced, which obtains good results.
