摘　　要：随着我国社会主要矛盾的变化,在发展中不注重共享,很可能会造成不同社会群体对立,阻滞新时代社会主要矛盾的解决。新时代,以人民为中心,就是始终不断满足人民日益增长的对民主、法治、公平、正义、安全、环境等方面的要求。以人民为中心的发展思想,并不是一个抽象的、玄奥的概念,而是按照人人参与、人人尽力、人人享有的要求来进行的共建共享。法治是实现共享的基础,是推动共享的巨大力量。走出一条通过法治走向共享的道路,是新时代探索解决社会主要矛盾的重要路径之一,是中国特色社会主义道路的人民性、共享性、时代性的生动体现。在共享发展中推进依法治国,在法治中国建设中促进共享发展,共享发展与依法治国是内在统一的。The main social contradictions in our country are transformed into the contradictions between the people’s demands for democracy,the rule of law,fairness,justice,security,environment and the unbalanced and inadequate development. Not paying attention to sharing in development will probably lead to antagonism among different social groups and block the resolution of major social contradictions in the new era. In the new era,taking people as the center involves meeting people’s growing demands for democracy,rule of law,fairness,justice,security,environment and so on. The people-centered development thought is not an abstract and metaphysical concept,but a co-construction and sharing according to the requirements of everyone’s participation,everyone’s best efforts and everyone’s enjoyment. The rule of law is the basis for sharing and a great force for promoting sharing. Going out of a road to share through the rule of law is one of the important ways to explore and solve major social contradictions in the new era and is a vivid expression of the people,sharing and times of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To promote the rule of law in the process of shared development and to promote shared development in the construction of rule of law in China,shared development and rule of law are inherently unified.
