摘  要:采用动物试验研究阻燃绝缘聚氯乙烯电线槽产烟对小鼠的毒性试验,30只SPF级昆明小鼠,随机分为25.0mg/L组、50.0mg/L组和100.0mg/L组,10只/组,雌雄各半。各组小鼠置于产烟毒性测试仪进行试验。结果表明,25.0mg/L组小鼠,染毒期及染毒3d后均未见明显异常症状,体重正常增长,动物无死亡,脏器剖检未见异常;50.0mg/L组小鼠,染毒期及染毒3d后均见毒性反应,体重下降,动物无死亡,脏器剖检未见异常;100.0mg/L组小鼠,在染毒期内均发生毒性反应并死亡,脏器剖检见脾脏、肾脏、肝脏、心脏、肺脏呈鲜红色,气管及肺脏见出血点。结果提示聚氯乙烯电线槽产烟对小鼠有毒性,毒性分级为ZA1级。To research the toxicity of fire effluents hazard for Flame-retardant insulated PVC wire groove on mice by animal experiment.30 SPF KM mice were randomly divided into 25.0 mg/L group,50.0 mg/L group and 100.0 mg/L group,10 mice per group(half male and half female).Mice of each group were put into a PX-07-005 material smoke toxicity test machine for testing.The results showed that all mice from 25.0 mg/L group survived during the test,average body weight of 3 d after exposure was increased normally,and no abnormalities were found in organ dissection.All mice from 50.0 mg/L group survived during the test,average body weight of 3 d after exposure was lower than before,no abnormalities were found in organ dissection.All mice from 100.0 mg/L group were observed toxic reaction and finally died during the test,and bright red was found in the spleen,kidney,liver,heart and lung,and the petechia was observed in the trachea and lung by organ dissection.The results showed that the fire effluents for Flame-retardant insulated PVC wire groove was toxic to mice,and the its classification was ZA1.
