摘　　要：根据PCB制造需求,该文设计了以OPCUA接口为核心的数控铣床eMCS系统,详细描述了数控铣床文件内容分析、OPCUA服务和客户端配置、平台配置及系统数据应用。实际应用表明,通过OPCUA接口实现的数控铣床eMCS系统,取得了较大的经济效益,提高了生产效率。According to PCB manufacturing equipment requirement,NC Milling eMCS system based on the core of OPC UA interface was designed in this paper.Drill document analysis,OPC UA server,platform configuration and system data are described in detail in this paper.The application shows that the NC milling eMCS system was realized by OPC UA in this system and the production efficiency has been greatly increased.
