摘  要:稳定塔压力控制前期采用的是单回路调节塔顶冷凝器热旁路的方式,但这种控制方式适应性比较差,有时甚至会出现反调节的现象,导致塔内压力不降反增,这给稳定塔的安全生产带来隐患。针对以上控制方式的不足,该文对单回路控制方式进行了改进,新系统采用冷热2路及排放不凝气等过程组成,控制策略采用分程控制。极大地提高了控制的稳定性,消除了安全隐患。In the early stage of the pressure control of stabilizing tower,the single loop regulating tower top condenser heat bypass is adopted,but the adaptability of this control method is relatively poor,sometimes it even appears the phenomenon of back regulation,which leads to the increase of the pressure in the tower instead of falling.This brings hidden trouble to the safety production of stabilization tower.In view of the above control methods,this paper have improved the single loop control method,the new system is composed of two ways of controlling cold and heat and discharging non-condensing gas,the control strategy adopts fractional control.The stability of the control is greatly improved and the hidden danger of safety is eliminated.
